This report documents the case workload of asylum cases for United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) caseworkers.

About This Report

This report includes asylum cases filed, cases completed, and pending for the top twenty-five nationalities (based on 2022 cases filed). Breakouts include cases completed by cases granted, cases denied, referral to immigration judge, and cases closed.
