Congress directed the DHS Office of Strategy, Policy, and Plans to report on the end-to-end enforcement lifecycle.
This report describes enforcement outcomes associated with the Southwest Border encounters. We match unique border encounters to their associated enforcement outcomes. We analyze encounters by nationality, family status, and detention histories. We also examine enforcement trends over time.
As some terminology in reports do change, we maintain previously posted reports and datasets as originally approved and published.
